5. WHAT DO WE USE THE DATA FOR AND OUR LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING THE DATA

Pohjanmaan Kaluste processes personal data to fulfil statutory and contractual obligations. Our legal bases for the processing:

 

Performance of a contract

Fulfilling contractual obligations is our main legal basis for the processing of personal data. We process personal data to deliver an ordered product or provide a service, to the extent necessary.

 

Statutory obligation

6. HOW LONG WE STORE DATA

Personal data is only stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and one year after the expiry of the contract in order to process possible complaints or repair requests, unless required otherwise by law, such as the Accounting Act.

Personal data related to a specific position is stored for two years and open applications for six months from the date of submission of the application.

We store website visitor analytics for 26 months in order to monitor and develop marketing and customer service.

 

7. DATA RECIPIENTS AND DATA TRANSFERS TO THIRD COUNTRIES

Data is not combined with any other registers, and is not disclosed to international organizations or outside the EU/EEA area.
